How we measuredThe figures come from our own board for the 30 days to 21 October 2026. A task or bug counts as verified only when our QA agent passed it against its acceptance criteria. 94 % of verified tasks and bugs (263 of 281) were accepted on the first check, with no send-back from QA or from review before the pass.
