This page is the privacy notice for personal data processed through the demo request form and through what we store in your browser — the same notice you see when you fill in the form, kept at a permanent address. Source information stored in your browser
Apart from what the site needs to work — whether to show you the language switcher, and your cookie choice itself — nothing is written to your device before you accept: the source that brought you to the site is held only in the memory of the open tab and is lost when you close it. If you accept, that source is kept in your browser for 30 days.

Assessing your demo request, contacting you and scheduling the walkthrough
Routing the request to the right team (this is why we ask for user type and team size)
Keeping records of requests and meetings, and improving our service
Legal basis
Necessary for entering into or performing a contract — Turkish DPL (KVKK) art. 5/2-c
Legitimate interests of the controller — KVKK art. 5/2-f
International transfers
Form data is processed on HubSpot, our CRM provider. The data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany); the processor, HubSpot Inc., is US-based, which makes this a transfer abroad under Turkish law. The transfer is made under the standard contract published by the Turkish DPA (decision 2024/959) in line with KVKK art. 9, with notification to the Authority within 5 business days of signature.
Retention
Demo request records are kept for 2 years and then deleted or anonymised.
We also record which version of this notice your consent was given to. That record exists to prove the consent, not to describe you.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, the data is transferred to; request correction of incomplete or incorrect data; request erasure or destruction; request that these actions be communicated to third parties; object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against you; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
