From an uploaded invoice to the ledger, every step recorded.
Upload a document. Accounting (AP) reads it and drafts the journal entry, a person approves it, and only then is it posted. Each entry keeps the document and the agent's reasons.
Six steps from a document to the ledger
- 01UploadInvoice, receipt or bank statement
- 02ReadingAccounting (AP)
- 03Draft entryTDHP accounts, VAT, partner, rate
- 04Human approvalBefore posting
- 05PostedIn the ledger
- 06PaymentPayment runs
Documents are uploaded to Accounting, not to the board. Each upload becomes an accounting job the agent picks up.
Accounting (AP) reads the document and drafts the entry with TDHP accounts, VAT, the business partner and the exchange rate, with the reason it chose each account.
Bank statement lines are matched to open items by amount and date. Lines that still need a business partner are flagged, not guessed.
A person approves the draft entry, and only then is it posted to the ledger. The VAT return is drafted from posted entries for your accountant.
What the record shows
The entry keeps the document, the agent's reasons, who approved it and when it was posted.
One Accounting Lead, several agents in parallel
The Accounting Lead splits the month's work. Each agent works its own documents, and every entry waits for the same approval before posting.
The same path with or without add-ons
With the base pair, the Accounting Lead covers reconciliation, expenses and the close checklist. Each add-on takes that load off the lead.
| Step | Base · Accounting Lead + Accounting (AP) | With add-ons |
|---|---|---|
| Read documents and draft entries | Accounting (AP) | Accounting (AP) |
| Bank statement matching | Accounting Lead | Reconciliation |
| VAT draft | Accounting Lead | Tax & Filings |
| Close checklist | Accounting Lead | Close Coordinator |
| Approval before posting | A person | A person |
