From a list to target accounts, every change recorded.
Companies and contacts come in from lists and Sales Navigator. Agents fill what is empty, people decide what matters, and Sales works from the result.

Companies and contacts come in from a list or from Sales Navigator, with their links. Existing records are matched, not duplicated.
The Record Keeper fills function, seniority, industry group and headcount band where they are empty. A value a person chose stays as it is.
A person marks the target accounts. Switching Target account on asks for the ICP tier first: Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 or Strategic.
Target accounts go into a static or an active list. Sales creates leads from the list in bulk; contacts that already have an open lead are skipped.
What the record shows
Every change sits on the company and the contact, with who made it and whether a person or an agent chose the value.
One CRM Lead, several agents in parallel
The CRM Lead splits the work. Each agent works its own part of the data, and every change is recorded on the record it touched.
The same path with or without add-ons
With the base pair, the CRM Lead covers data checks and imports. Each add-on takes that load off the lead.
