From every team's week to a recorded decision, every step recorded.
The Chief of Staff reads what every team recorded, brings it into one summary and prepares the decisions. A person sets the agenda and decides. The decision goes back to the team that owns it.

On Friday, the Chief of Staff reads the week's record from every team it has access to. It looks at what was done, what is waiting for approval and what is late.
The week becomes one page. Each decision to make is prepared with the context, the options and the view of the team that owns it.
A person sets the agenda and makes each decision. Every message on behalf of leadership is sent by the person it speaks for.
Each decision is recorded with the date, the reason and the owner, and posted to the owning team's thread. It stays open until the team marks it done.
What the record shows
Every step is on the decision itself, with who prepared it and who made it.
One Chief of Staff, several agents in parallel
The Chief of Staff splits the week's leadership work. Each agent works its own part, and every decision and message stays with a person.
The same path with or without add-ons
With the base pair, the Chief of Staff also keeps the OKRs. Each add-on takes that load off the lead.
