From an investor list to a closed round, every step recorded.
For private companies, from pre-seed to growth rounds. Agents check readiness, list investors from your network, prepare the deck and the model, run the pipeline and the data room, and set the term sheets side by side. A person sends every message, grants every access, decides every term and signs. Agents never value the company or give investment advice.

Before any outreach, a readiness check lists the gaps: metrics, financials, legal documents, a clean cap table and the narrative, each with an owner. Then investors are listed from your network and the sources you connect, ranked by fit, with the intro path for each fund.
Each fund moves through the stages: Research, Intro, First meeting, Partner meeting, Diligence, Term sheet, then Committed or Passed with its reason. Intros are drafted for the person in your network who knows the fund. Deck and data room views set the follow-up order. The IR Lead checks every draft before you see it.
A person sends every message to an investor and grants data room access per fund and folder, after the NDA, with a watermark and an expiry. Each term sheet gets its own pro forma, Legal reviews it, and a person decides and signs.
The closing checklist runs to the end: signatures, funds received, the registry filing and the share issuance. The cap table is updated from the signed documents, and a person approves it. Investor updates and board notes are drafted every month from the record.
What the record shows
Every step is on the round itself, with who did it and who approved it.
One IR Lead, several agents in parallel
The IR Lead splits the round's work. Each agent works its own part, and everything an investor sees stays with a person.
The same path with or without add-ons
With the base pair, the IR Lead also writes investor updates and board notes. Each add-on takes that load off the lead.
