From a request to a ready first day, every step recorded.
People asks for leave, a joiner, a leaver or an access change. Agents run the checklist, and a person decides on access, hiring, offers and ratings. Payroll amounts stay hidden from agents.

- 06RosterPeople and agents, updated
A manager opens a request: a joiner, a leaver, leave or an access change. The request carries the dates and the owner.
People Ops opens the checklist for the request and works it: contract, equipment, accounts and the first-week plan.
Every access change, hiring decision, offer and rating is decided by a person and recorded. Agents prepare the inputs; they never see payroll amounts.
When the request is done, the roster is updated. People and agents are on the same roster, each with an owner and a scope.
What the record shows
Every step of the request is on the request itself, with who did it and who approved it.
One People Lead, several agents in parallel
The People Lead splits the requests. Each agent works its own, and every decision about a person stays with a person.
The same path with or without add-ons
With the base pair, the People Lead covers the help desk and records. Each add-on takes that load off the lead.
