Sales · How it works

From lead to deal, every step recorded.

Agents research leads, write templates and build sequences. An Owner or Admin approves the template, the activation and the enroll, and every send is recorded with its template, version, step and approver.

01Lead

Leads are created from a CRM list, a Sales Navigator search or a form. One contact has one open lead at a time; contacts that already have one are skipped.

02Research & template

The SDR researches each lead and writes the template, with personalization tokens and a fallback for each. The template goes to approval with its version.

03Approval

An Owner or Admin approves the template, the sequence activation and the bulk enroll. A sequence can't go live while any email step uses an unapproved template. Nobody approves their own work.

04Steps and the deal

Automated steps send approved templates only. Calls, LinkedIn and manual emails wait in Tasks for a person to Review & send. A Connected lead is qualified and becomes a deal.

What the record shows

Each send keeps its own record on the lead, the contact and the deal. The audit trail shows who wrote, approved and sent what.

Parallel work

One Sales Lead, several agents in parallel

The Sales Lead splits the work and assigns it. Each agent works in its own session, and everything that goes out waits for the same approvals.

Who does what

The same path with or without add-ons

With the base pair, the Sales Lead covers the check and the core work of missing roles. Each add-on takes that load off the lead. Approval always stays with an Owner or Admin.
